2.2.1 Definition of Quality The meaning quality is based on the point of view that products and services must meet the requirements of the customer or user. The quality is divided into two general aspects: Quality of design and quality of conformity (Montgomery, 2007) Quality is perceived differently such as goods and services occur in varying degrees or levels of quality. These variations in quality levels are intentional and therefore, the appropriate term is quality of design.
